Idea Overview:
WeWork for homes would allow people to rent small flats for months at a time on flexible contracts. All utilities and cleaning would be included in the rent. All furniture would be provided. There may be small cafe and supermarkets on the premises. It is a half way house between the cost and limitations of renting a hotel room and the long term commitment and hassle of renting a traditional home. The contract would be rolling monthly contracts, a month's deposit and payment in advance of the month starting. The idea is that people can just move in and move on when they want. There would be less rigorous checks than traditional renting. However the cleaner would be compulsory, at least once a month and they would be charged with checking that the place is being looked after.
Who might use it/where it might be used?:
