Idea Overview:
During the pandemic, a lot of people have started working from home and started living very unhealthy life because of depression, stress and anxiety, therefore I think it would be interesting to see a cooking class, creating something delicious and at the same time healthy. For example healthy snack ideas, full of vitamins smoothie for a good start of our day, or perhaps dinner for two. During a time like this, we need to be good to ourselves and be more careful what we put in our bodies.
