Idea Overview:
ARC-TEC is a new construction toy for big and small kids. It allows children to think and create outside the typical box or square normally presented in construction toys. It is equally fun and intriguing for grown-ups to build and create and therefore allows to strengthen the family dynamic.
The user builds in a 3 way axis and the results look like amazing art, sculpture and futuristic objects to decorate your home with.
Who might use it/where it might be used?:
The product is aimed for children between 5-12 years old. It's an ideal gift so it would be aimed for parents or grandparents.

This product is unique and I have made this myself during my studies in architecture.
Why you think there is a demand for your idea?:
A problem that consumers and families might face today is that children is spending a lot of time in front of screens. This has caused a demise in children's mental wellbeing. It has also caused families to become disconnected and fragmented.
This is where ARC-TEC comes in. It allows children to explore new forms and gives them confidence in being creative. As it is also equally intriguing for grown-ups to build and create and so therefore strengthens the family dynamic by adults and children building and creating together.
Who would be the ideal customers?:
The core customers are parents and grandparents to children aged between 5-12 years old.
What ideas do you have to reach these customers?:
I will launch a youtube channel and advertise on TicToc and Instagram.
How far have you developed this idea?:
I have been invited to be part of an incubator programme and they have all validated the idea with children.
What – if any – feedback have you had for this idea so far?:
I have had extremely positive feedback. I have won 3 competitions for this product. 1 first prize and two runner up prizes.
